Security built in, not bolted on.
LangParse is engineered for teams that put regulated, sensitive documents through automated processing. Here’s how we keep that data protected.
Infrastructure
AWS-native foundation
LangParse runs entirely on AWS, with document intelligence powered by Claude on Amazon Bedrock. No documents are sent to third-party model providers.
Locked-down edge
All traffic is served behind Amazon CloudFront with a hardened API surface — no directly exposed infrastructure — fronted by a web application firewall (WAF).
Per-key rate limiting
Every API key is independently rate-limited to contain abuse and protect availability for everyone.
Data protection
Data residency by design
Each organization’s documents and processing live in the region you choose — US (N. Virginia) or Australia (Sydney) today, with more on the way.
Encryption in transit & at rest
All connections use TLS. Documents and extracted data are encrypted at rest using AWS-managed keys.
Bring your own S3
On eligible plans, keep source documents in your own S3 bucket so your data never leaves your account.
Access & tenancy
True multi-tenant isolation
Every request is scoped to an organization the user actually belongs to. No cross-tenant access, by construction.
Staff MFA & audited support
Staff access requires MFA. Secure, fully-audited “log in as” lets us support customers without ever exposing their data.
Scoped API keys
Issue and revoke keys per environment, with activity attributable to each key.
Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email security@langparse.dev with details and steps to reproduce. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and ask that you give us reasonable time to remediate before any public disclosure.
Compliance
Building on AWS gives LangParse a foundation that inherits AWS’s certifications and controls. For our current compliance posture, audit reports, DPAs, or a security questionnaire, get in touch with our team.
