1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between [Company legal name] (“LangParse”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or entity using our website and services (“you”). 2. The Services
LangParse provides document-intelligence services that convert documents into structured data via our web application and REST API, together with related features such as parsers, routers, review queues, and transforms. We may update or improve the Services over time.
3. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping your API keys confidential. You must promptly rotate or revoke keys you believe are compromised. Activity under your keys is your responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Services unlawfully or to process data you have no right to process;
- Don’t attempt to breach security, exceed rate limits, or disrupt the Services;
- Don’t reverse engineer or resell the Services except as expressly permitted;
- Don’t upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the documents and data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services. We process Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum. We do not use your Customer Data to train third-party models.
6. Plans, credits & billing
Paid usage is metered as credits and billed per page processed, via Stripe or the AWS Marketplace as selected. Fees are [non-refundable except as required by law / per your refund policy]. We may change pricing on reasonable notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
7. Availability & support

9. Intellectual property

10. Disclaimers
Extraction results are produced by automated systems and may contain errors; you are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them. 11. Limitation of liability
